USSC has said that property can be confiscated (Seized) if they believe it may contain evidence of a crime and held while awaiting a Search Warrant. No search until the Warrant is obtained unless the owner consents.

Betya that these phones, if ever returned, will be bricked.

Assuming they actually got a warrant we seem to be building up quite a cadre of crooked judges also. Keep names. In Lindell’s case they’re looking for contacts-—whp’s he in touch with?
