These are more like green zombie soldiers. None of them have engineering degrees and none have studied energy conversion. They generally have Ivy League degrees in economics, etc. They just have no idea about the quantities needed. They are technically illiterate. One of the administration guys who shows up on the business channel has a degree in music or something like that. Good talker, but clueless.
