If I were him the only deal I would make is..OK I wont run if you drop all the charges, both civil and other..ALL OF THEM, AND..the whole of the Biden administration resigns and I am put back into office for the remaining time AND, Obama, the Bidens, and both Clintons GTFO of the country forever.
