The first thing that Trump should and I think will do if he is charged is file a Motion to Exclude All Evidence Seized and Dismiss because the raid violated the 4th Amendment by not showing PROBABLE CAUSE of a crime at the time of the search and seizure - clear violation of to the 4th Amendment.

All evidence from the search and seizure is rendered inadmissible as evidence because it is "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree" from an illegal search and seizure based on long-settled law.

They'll try it anyway since they figure that have nothing to lose.

Trump should counter with charging them with an illegal search and seizure and probably go after them in a civil suit as well.
