I notice that some of the anti-tank mines, are delivered as 155mm Artillery shells. That is the kind of thing that is most useful against large mechanized forces, when they are maneuvering - Area denial weapons to block, channelize or destroy armored formations.
MLRS with the right payloads can serve similar functions.
