“Staged” photo, that’s what’s wrong with it.

FBI Blasted for ‘Staged’ Photo of Documents Seized in Mar-a-Lago Raid

Kash Patel, a former top Trump administration official who was named in the highly redacted Mar-a-Lago search warrant affidavit, also said the FBI “staged” the photo of the documents.

“So first of all, it is staged. I wasn’t there. I don’t know if that’s how they found them, but I doubt it. And those red and yellow things that you see on the floor cover sheets, those aren’t classified,” Patel told Benny Johnson on Wednesday.

Oh it is staged for sure. They admitted it. The NYT claims it’s SOP for the FBI to take evidence and place it on the floor to photograph it. LOL

The mere existence of the photograph raises a lot of questions. I doubt it is considered acceptable to make photographs of highly classified documents and then just walk out with the camera and the now highly classified images stored in the camera.

Just operating a non Tempest certified camera is going to potentially leak information about the image contents. And every system that the image resides on is a potential security risk.

How exactly would an image of a highly classified document at the SCI level even be processed to redact parts of it, copied from the camera to another computer, and so on.

I really doubt some random FBI camera operator has access to the kind of resources that would ordinarily seem to be required for taking and handling digital images of what are supposedly highly classified documents.
