Since we don’t/can’t know what was in those documents and since we do know classification is frequently abused we can’t presume there was no reason to have them, especially since he possessed ultimate declassification authority until he left office.

The DOJ could have taken them in June 2022 when they were at Mar-A-Lago, but they didn’t. Do you even GAF that NARA had to keep hounding Obama to return a portion of the 33,000,000 pages of documents he took with him in 2017? A year and a half later they were still imploring him to return the docs they had repeatedly asked for and for which they had repeatedly been ignored. I’m pretty sure there were some classified docs among that giant pile, but the FBI wasn’t sent to his home at gunpoint to search for them.

Aren’t you the least bit curious as to the motivations of the DOJ, FBI & other myriad swamp agencies when it comes to their double standard treatment of Trump?

And if he had evidence of the FBI’s complicity in attempting to destroy his presidency, why TF would you expect him to return that evidence? Is your TDS so bad that all common sense has gone out the window?
