I never heard Trump ‘directly’ say anything disparaging about Americans. There’s no comparison. Do you have a specific example?
Trump tweeted that "There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent." In doing so he accused my elderly relatives, who have voted by mail for years, of voter fraud, a felony. I'd say that's pretty disparaging.
