Good joke! This Patriot Act was passed under Bush and he advocated for it. Think what a genius Osama Bin Laden was. It only cost him $500,000 to plan and execute the demolition of the Twin Towers. Leading to our national/NSA/CIA/DOJ/FBI security state. Leading to two idiotic wars with thousands of Americans killed and maimed and at least 5 trillion dollars tossed down the rathole.
20 years in Afghanistan, and all for nothing. In Iraq, all we succeeded in doing was replacing Sunni/Baathist rule with Shiite rulers.
