Remember when the DoJ and FBi said they couldn’t stand by and let Flynn make false public statements?
My suspicion is that it was more like Facebook approaching the FBI and asking about the nature of the Hunter Biden information knowing that the FBI would offer the Russian disinformation warning, which would allow them to suppress the story. But it was with a wink that they asked the FBI, and it gives them this ability to shrug right no wans say we were only following the lead of the FBI, when in fact they may have been looking for a cover for something they wanted to do ab initio.
