I disagree. I think the look he gave Manchin was full of meaning. Manchin saved Joke’s ass by agreeing to back the bill. Manchin didn’t GAF about what he did to Americans but he sure seemed pleased as punch with himself up there. Getting the first pen solidified the fact that Joke appreciated Manchin’s vote, but it showed us all who the Judas was in the room. 🤬
