It’s very troubling that the DoJ determined when the regular magistrate would be away so that they could pretend it was “just chance” when an extreme anti-Trump Democrat was brought in to grant their warrant. It’s very troubling that the government planted a story in the Wall Street Journal to push the “just chance” narrative, and the WSJ ran it.
I hope the entire once-respected DoJ is pleased that whatever credibility they still had has been spent making Liz Chaney feel better about Donald Trump saying mean things about her and her daddy.
