It is not a simple question. It is very nuanced—kind of like the definition of ‘woman’.

If it is the left is burning down blocks of major cities, it is righteous indignation of the inherent injustice that has marked this nation’s entire history. On the other hand if dozens of people are waved through the Capitol’s doors by security, it is Insurrection!!!

So if someone displays a beheaded President Trump, or a hanged Sarah Palin, or burns the American flag, it is our cherished freedom of expression. On the other hand laughing when Brandon falls off of his bike, mocking Harris’s word salad, or God forbid desecrating a gay or blm flag or banner is a ‘threat to our democracy’.

So to answer you question, in this case absolutely not.
