I have long believed the Left is a collection of dangerously stupid ideas.

But there is a caveat: the people on the Left are not necessarily as stupid as the ideas they embrace - many knowingly embrace stupid ideas because stupid ideas are destructive, and destruction of American institutions is their goal.
