The FBI raided the Mar a Lago home of Donald Trump this morning. democrats are frothing in excitement over the news, but none seem to have a grasp on the facts. The raid is said to have to do with classified documents allegedly removed from the White House. The warrant was approved by Merrick Garland, who managed to find time to do this when he's been so busy threatening school child mothers.
Here's where this goes off into the weeds:
The two sources, both briefed on the raid, said the agents who executed the search were from the Washington Field Office, the same office that whistleblowers recently complained to Sen. Charles Grassley was involved in political meddling into investigations involving Trump and Hunter Biden.That same DC Field Office has been accused of abuse of power by whistleblowers.
The documents sought in the raid were already marked declassified because Trump declassified them.
Kash Patel, a former top Trump administration official, told Breitbart News on Wednesday that a report claiming classified materials were found at Mar-a-Lago is misleading and that the documents were actually already declassified by then-President Donald Trump, but the classification markings had not been updated.On Hannity John Solomon posited a scenario-

I need to see some extremely decisive and bold action from DeSantis right now if he wants support from people like me. Without that, I’m moving back to Trump.
The time to make a difference is now. I haven’t been confident that DeSantis has what it takes to dismantle the Deep State. His statement and actions now will define that.

Trump will never get back to the WH. They will tie him up in criminal court on a mishandling documents charge. Next will be a criminal charge stemming from Jan 6. They are trying to sway the minds of independents and women because they know Trump will have to get a good share of them to win. The base will stay with Trump, but a lot of others will become tired of the drama.

Photos show the night-raiders sent to storm Trump’s home were carrying assault rifles designed to kill as many people as quickly as possible.
The raid itself doesn’t move the needle, most people are open-minded. But what’s next? The FBI will comb through their booty and find SOME thing they can take to a grand jury. One classified document? Ten? How many does it take til they can make a case? Wanna bet they will find it?
The question will be how to Americans react AFTER Trump is indicted?
Which seems inevitable now that they’ve taken this unprecedented step of raiding his home. It shows their desperation because they aren’t dumb and know the fallout from this will be significant...but it was evidently the only card they had left to play to (in their minds) stop Trump’s influence.
Imagine being Chris Wray and having to report that after going over everything they hauled out, there just wasn’t one scrap of evidence that proved Trump did anything wrong. It is inconceivable now that they will not at least attempt to get an indictment, and how likely is it a grand jury would not indict him, especially in DC?

I'm wondering if DeSantis should instruct the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to stand down any cooperation with the FBI for 48 hours until Florida can confirm the FBI's reporting structure is intact and rogue agents are not in control.
The FBI needs a public face slapping right now. Then more later.

That’s correct. They could file charges in a DC court today and get a conviction tomorrow.
The President is the ultimate decider on what is declassified or not, so Trump could not possess classified material if he already declassified it.
So are the feds going to make sure they find (plant) classified material?.
Looks like in the end there will be many people in court having to say how the came by the information in the first place after he’s been out of office all this time.
These are documents the DOJ wanted to keep hidden because they show the FBI’s Russiagate dirty work.

Trump has a civil lawsuit open against a bunch of spygate actors. He sued Comey, McCabe, Page, Strzok and Clinesmith as well as others. A judge replaced those five with the FBI.
So these are the same documents that President Trump Declassified and the Department of Justice blocked being released to the public that Judicial Watch is now suing in court to get. He Declassified them and then they just did it release them after he left and they are definitely afraid of them being released to the public.
Yes, just like they did for the covid shutdowns and lockdowns.

I’m sure they will try. The bigger concern is if they do, is there anyone alive willing to walk to the capitol and start offing Senators and members of congress in return? No one knows this is a war yet and when they learn that it is will they be willing to fight it?
