Explain what? Cheney is publicly quoted as saying “I had other priorities in the 60s other than military service”. So did 58,000 other young men and young nurses and Donut Dollies as well. Its also interesting that LBJ changed the draft code to allow for the drafting of married men unless they had children; the Cheney’s first child was born three days before the change went into effect, thereby preserving the coward’s draft exempt status. I return to my initial point - this man has no right calling anyone else a coward, since he is one himself.
