The majority of black Oregonians live in Portland.
The problem in Oregon & Washington state are liberal white college educated assholes of both sexes.
I also know if you’re living in the South, Midwest, or the East Coast you’re going to have a higher rate of “AA problems.”(Its a numbers game)
“Higher rate!” That is hilarious. If I went to Room A at the Hamilton County Ohio Municipal Court, (arraignment room) for the cattle call tomorrow am there would be 100 people in the Room and there might be 5 white persons, even though the Appalachian population is very substantial here.
