Dr. Sawicki died of gastric cancer, diagnosed almost a year ago at Stage 4:
“My name is Iris Sawicki, Jakub’s wife, and I am the current beneficiary of this fund. In the next few months, I will be working with the Dean at Queen’s University (where Jay studied medicine) to start a scholarship in his name for future medical school students. Unfortunately, since my husband just passed away, I haven’t had time to finalize what the scholarship will represent, but many have asked where they can donate money, and I’d like a central place to collect it. In lieu of sending me flowers or donating to cancer research, please consider any size donation for one of our future doctors.
Last August, my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Gastric Cancer Signet Ring Adenocarcinoma, which had spread beyond the gastric wall into his peritoneal cavity. He had minimal symptoms, no risk factors and did not have cancer genetics in his family. Lintis Plastica is an aggressive form of stomach cancer and only presents symptoms once the disease has advanced. Throughout his illness, he was able to find joy in his passions and hobbies and spending time with me and our newborn son, JP.”

Wow.
Great find.
But that doesn’t mean he didn’t get cancer because of the €lot $hot.
And it doesn’t explain why 20 million people will die in the next 50 years!
😆🤣😂🤪
