Not sure but could be edema appearing as lines on chest x-ray. Could indicate pneumonia or early infiltrates.

I am a COVID doctor with boards in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, I graduated in 1976 (Yes, FORTY-SIX YEARS AGO).

I have never heard the term “pulmonary lines”.
