If men have no say in abortions then unmarried women should have no say about a man’s wallet. Outside of rape a man can’t have sex without a woman’s approval. Ultimately pregnancy is a woman’s choice and absent a man’s approval, her problem.
If you impregnate a woman and she gives birth, you are responsible for child support. She obviously should contribute as well. At all points in the transaction you had a choice. You could choose to have sex with the woman or not. Once you decided to have sexual relations, you could have employed contraception. You could have insisted that take similar protections.
It has nothing to do with the courts. It has only to do with behaving ethically, morally and responsibly. But apparently such basic decency and common sense is like quantum mechanics for some people.
