“Broke their laws but 10 years is a bit stiff IMO. If she was dealing it then 10 years might fit the violation. I say one or two years and then deport her permanently”

Does no one ever watch "Midnight Express" anymore? When visiting foreign countries, its very important to follow their laws, especially their drug laws. Russian prisons have a similar reputation as Turkish prisons. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Don't do it.
