If a conquering Army doesn’t win quickly it loses.

That is the lesson of recent warfare.

The West can out manufacture Russia into the ground.

Russia has already lost. That they capture a few more square klicks of rubble that used to be Ukrainian cityscape is meaningless in the long run.

The only question is how many trillions of rubles and how many 10s of thousands of dead Russian soldiers they want before they give up and go home.

#17. It is called a “Pyrrhic victory”. The pro-Russia faction pretends their mythologized Russia can ignore it and that accusing Ukraine of Russian atrocities can hide it. The reality is over the next few months Ukraine will reach the point where it can make good on its losses better than Russia.

Russia is losing so much without replacements they are hard pressed to make up their losses. They are running out of newer tanks so fast they are bringing T-62s out of storage. Ukraine is in full mobilization with 50 countries supporting them. Building up that effort takes time. No one denies this.

While everyone is acting like when Severodonetsk and Lyschank falls, and they will, it will be the end of the war that is not the case. What Russia has and will take in the next few weeks is going to be less than what they will have a year from now.
