Negative numbers mean that Obama's record turnout was beaten in that particular state.
As you can see, I've sorted the graph/table by total "turnout" by Biden which beats Obama 2008, in descending order. There were particular "target" states for both Biden and Hillary, as you can see from the sort.
Notice that the national machine "fortified" the target states, and that there was a drop-off of fortifying somewhere around Connecticut [purple line].
Note that many of the target states are where Democrats exert strong control over the state, and also note that there are some surprising states on the top of the list.
ALSO NOTE that Biden's turnout in one of the states that has had numerous embarrassing instances of blatant vote fraud and election rigging come to light [Wisconsin] - didn't even match the turnout of Barry in 2008.
SOOOOOOOOOO - if they were rigging Wisconsin, and couldn't even get to Obama's 2008 turnout with all that rigging - just what the heck was going on in the states where Biden voters poured out of the basements to "vote" for the Joek?
We know about Arizona and Georgia - note their positions on the list.
Something that's unremarked is Ohio. I know for a fact that the Democrat vote fraud machine didn't pull the trigger in Ohio - the Cleveland area stood down. I don't know why.
Look at the position of swing state Ohio in the list - LAST. Hmmmmmm.
