Go to Ace Hardware, they may be able to help...................
Post pics. A “gasket” for what? Air oil separators is rather vague too. Hoewever most anything can be purchases from McMaster Carr. Mcmaster.com
Pump dies after 3 years — alternate in there
Sounds like a do-it-yourself project for a technically inclined person. Gaskets and filters should be easy to put together even from incorrect parts or material.
How old is it, and do you have the paperwork?
Are you a Russian troll?
Google (duck duck go) is your friend
https://theepicenter.com/blog/parts-list-for-harvest-right-pump-oil-filter/
https://www.everythingkitchens.com/nesco-dehydrator-accessories.html
Hopefully one of the two links has what you need
Maybe look at some third party blogs like this one:

http://www.freezedryingsupplies.com
This is not the company site, this might help. At least call the guy for help.
Your problem is very common with the way things are manufactured today especially from China. Goods are totally not repairable and parts not available.
If you can remove the items and take them to an appliance repair store they may be able to help.
Well, the (entire) unit is on sale, now ...

And, it comes with a “premier” pump, too.
Not that that helps. Maybe ask them the difference between the two.
We bought it in 2019 . And yes, I have the paper work. I even downloaded the parts list from Harvest Right. It’s out of warranty. I do not know how to post pictures on here.
Great link...with vid and parts ordering list and links!
You have remained silent for 16 years? Are you sure you are a woman?
Is this an opus?
You can get most any gasket custom made at some machine shops if you can’t find a replacement.
I hate to be blunt, but if this is over your head...
...you need to call a general mechanic.
Any competent mechanic can repair your freeze drier without regard to the manufacturer (one way or the other).
It’s a ‘minor’ repair (almost ‘eyes closed’ for those of us so inclined).
