What is not appealing about apocalyptic landscapes of Chicongo broken glass, homelessness, crime, and boarded up businesses?
Chicago’s a hellhole. The real question is why would any legitimate business stay in Chicago?
That said, Florida offers a lot and we don’t have state income taxes... hope we’re considered too.
