It was probably one of my Business Ethics students. Government schools teach them to write in fragments and fused sentences from an early age! :0
Actually, the chief error is in describing boric acid anhydride as boric acid, which really isn’t that bad of an error. I even found out (and posted already) that it IS an insecticide with, paradoxical as it may be, a low toxicity: it kills by mechanical, not pharmacological action.
