He know has on record in a court of law that there was a conspiracy. He can bring charges against the conspirators in any court of competent jurisdiction over any of the conspirators. Continuing venue in DC is not necessary.

I doubt it. It's far more likely that Sussman got an OJ jury. Just check the details.For that matter check the statement that the jury forewoman made when the trial was over “there are more important things happening in this country than a possible lie” (not an exact quote)

That's not his fault. He only got a limited number of “peremptory” challenges. Given that DC (and surrounding suburbs) are 95% Rat voters (and US Government employees) Rat Party hacks just don't get convicted in DC.
