he’s right on that. that was exactly the point of the 2A. To make tyrannical politicians like Schumer fear the righteous wrath of we the people as they contemplate taking (like Schuer) the freedoms enshrined in our Constitution..
That line really stands out and your comment is dead on. It’s not often that a member of the lying left puts their fears into words. Chuckie must have been hitting the wine bar before saying this.

Wow. That guy’s a genius. One RAT who actually understands the Constitution. That’s EXACTLY why the 2nd Amendment exists.
Exactly. Because “those... who govern” are the GREATEST threat of mass murder, as history proves.
But Schumer misspoke on two points in that one statement. When he said “govern” he really meant “rule over”. When he said “must” he forgets that, in a representative government, we the people have the right to replace him. He “may” lead only as long as he represents the interests of the people.
In the remainder of his speech, he makes the least coherent and least logical argument for gun confiscation I think I’ve ever heard. Because of all of the failures we must accept that failures are inevitable?
There is no doubt in my mind that Schumer is one who actually intends to commit far more mass murder than this kid just as soon as he can disarm the citizenry. Another guy who belongs on an ant pile.
