Let me ask, did the police know how many shooters were in the building, was there one or five? Did they have a picture of the shooter or shooters, with parents running the hallways that could have been a little confusing? Should the police have had concern about the other hundreds of kids in the school? Finally, just because police were on the outside, does that mean there weren’t any inside? This thing is reeking of “defund the police” falls right in line with Biden’s new exec order of his new “policing policy”. Makes one wonder.
Considering that the Texas DPS spokesman said yesterday that officers had engaged the shooter before he entered the building, and there were multiple witnesses outside, including people who captured the shooter on video, I think the police knew how many shooters were in the building - one.
Considering that the reports of what happened are coming from the police, why would they be making up some kind of story to "defund the police"? Doesn't that make you wonder if your hypothesis is baseless?
Let me ask: did the police take any affirmative steps to answer those questions to their satisfaction? Did they put any scouts out to determine any of that or did they remain within the safety of cover and concealment?
This reeks of governmental cowardice all the way around. Except for their official reaction to concerned and panicked parents while they were busy retrieving their own kids. /S
