I hate these stupid headlines...He did NOT “admit” anything
You can infer (from his wording) that he likes it and sees it as something good that will help transition off fossil fuels, and THAT’S IT
And it may seem obvious that it is all on purpose, and you can suspect he and his cronies are making it happen, but he did not ADMIT it.
Oh,and a majority of Republicans go along with it.
