There are two pools being put in by neighbors on my street.

My neighbors to the west are going to Europe for two months - “we’re staying at high-end places.”

Bel Air pricing is spreading to Houston, Highland Park and even Atlanta.

Both my neighbors on either side of me have installed nice pools in the last 18 months. One house sits on five acres, the other eight acres. The next neighbor north of me installed a $100,000 dollar wooden fence on another five acre lot.
