The enemy is subtle & shrewd. He uses the law to his advantage.

The CIA directors who ran cover for Biden did not say that the material on Hunter's laptop was proven to be Russian misinformation. They only offered an opinion, "it has the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation."

As far as I know, there is no law against giving an opinion. IMHO, it will be difficult to get a criminal or civil court conviction.
