Is there anything other than Telegraph or Telegram or what ever it's called that I can see this content on?

When I try to view it I click on begin messaging on Telegram Desktop but then it comes up with a QR code to start the sign-up process.

I'm on a Desktop!   I'm not going to use my cellphone to watch this.   These people are idiots for designing thear platform this way.

The content is only a text message, it should appear.

I never provide phone number i’m not comfortable with it.

You can view short videos from PC without using telegram app.

you can get where you want by fixing the url to point at the channel and post you want. Right now the server seems to be down though
