The Dogs That Didn't Bark - Counties Outside The Appointed Rounds Of The Ballot Mules

Note the lack of interest in turning out in these counties for Basement Joe like the Democrats turned out in the Pennsylvania Ballot Mule counties.

Here we compare the Hillary drop from Obama 2008 with the Biden drop from 2008. Joe sees a LITTLE more enthusiasm than Cankles - but not a whole lot.

This is probably a better picture of the true Pennsylvania turnout without those go-getting Ballot Mules.
