We have a few liberal virtue signaling white people who stand on the green waving BLM signs. I highly doubt any of them ever had contact with an inner city black person. They stand on the green of their 99.9% white town waving a sign that helps not one black person.

Sounds like a community near us.

And then they rant on about “white terror” while living off the beaten path in one of the whitest states in the country.

That’s where they’re wrong. It’s a sign of surrender that BLM activists will use to further humiliate them. “Down on your knees! Apologize for your micro-aggressions, boy! Now where’s my forty acres and a mule!”

You should get some good money for a parcel like that.

Last year I had some timber cut. Got about $3500 from the contractor. A few weeks later, out of the blue, I got an offer of $55K for the land. Not nearly enough. I have not put it on the market yet (Listed) but it is definitely for sale.

I would be suspicious if someone just approached me and offered me money for my land when it wasn’t on the market.

And I agree. Land in VT and NH is going for a premium.
