He collected the affidavits. They are also included in the various court cases at the state level as well as the cases provided to SCOTUS.

I followed that link, and read the same thing regarding thousands of "affidavits and declarations". That statement has the first footnote, which I also read. The only affidavit mentioned is a one claim that machines were connected to the Internet in Arizona. Maybe it's mostly declarations.
