The Virginia Attorney General doesn’t have general authority to bring criminal cases. So he can’t do anything.
It’s up to the local Commonwealth Attorney. All of the NOVA Commonwealth Attorneys are far-left liberals who have ties to George Soros.
In addition, even if they weren’t, there are 1st Amendment concerns with the statute.
It should have taken 5 minutes.
Give DeSantis a run for him money.

The problem is picking and choosing certain kinds of picketing that is exempt. That’s a content based restriction.

Didn’t take long for Virginia’s golden trio to reveal their feet of clay.
Amazing how democrats can always over rule a local commonwealth attorney somehow but republicans can’t or more precisely, won’t.
That’s not how it works in Virginia.
