Bilohorivka crossing: the pontoon bridge was destroyed and about an orc company remains trapped on the UA side, but they are only 5km from orc lines so they are well covered by arty.

The UA 81st brigade has at least 45 M-777s. But their ammo is limited - the orcs fire 100 shells, the UA returns 3. The rest of the M-777s are reported shelling Snake Island - a hundred or more miles away.
The new stuff is too little and too late to make much of a difference; this is a WWII and WWI style combat where arty is king. Soldiers go weeks without firing their rifles.

Fighting continues at Zmiinyi Island, also known as Snake Island, with Russia repeatedly trying to reinforce its exposed garrison located there.
Ukraine has successfully struck Russian air defenses and resupply vessels with Bayraktar drones. Russia’s resupply vessels have minimum protection in the western Black Sea, following the Russian Navy’s retreat to Crimea after the loss of the Moskva.
Russia’s current efforts to augment its forces on Zmiinyi Island offer Ukraine more opportunities to engage Russian troops and attrit materiel.
If Russia consolidates its position on Zmiinyi Island with strategic air defence and coastal defence cruise missiles, they could dominate the north-western Black Sea.

**Front line Static - WWI like.
**Russian Economy:
Auto sales fell by 3 times since start of war. Auto production halted, with exception of Orc designed car no one wants. Car dealers have 2-5 month inventories. Will be huge shortage of cars in 2-5 months. Home appliance sales fell by 2 times.
**Russian State Finances
Fall of Orc GDP projected at 10%, but the indicators above point to a much lower GDP, possibly as high as 50% This is where Orc state gets its revenue; state finances will be hit pretty hard.
Right now State Finances are in perfect order. Hit surplus for first 4 months of the year: $US8-10 billion depending on exchange rate. On track for something like $US30-40 billion for year, in addition, Orc Trade Surplus will hit something like $US58 billion.
The real economy will kick in and hit State Finances hard in terms of tax revenue and so forth. So this gives them 2-5 months before things will get somewhat bad there.
Related is 4 governors quit today (5/11). Most important was the guy in one of the Orc’s biggest economic powerhouses. This tells us that something is going on under the surface of Orc politics and power system.
**Russian Natural Gas
Orc capture of Luhansk compression station caused Ukraine authority to halt gas, therefore 1/3 of gas will not go to Europe: 6 billion cubic liters of NG will not be going to Europe yearly: this is about same amount as produced by Portugal.

- Russian troops are squeezing line around Severodonetsk and attempting to establish bridgeheads near Bilogorivka and Pryvillya. Russian side has established bridgehead near Bilogorivka, but the pontoon bridge was destroyed by Ukrainian artillery which led to a loss of the bridgehead, as small Russian force of about company size still remains in Bilogorivka and was not mopped by Ukrainian forces as mentioned yesterday.
1. Kharkiv: Ukrainian troops are slowly pushing Russian side out - they captured village of Lyptsi, Vesele. Russian is withdrawing its battle-worn troops from here to Russian territory.
**UA 10th Brigade moved to area between Kharkiv and Izyum
2. Izyum bridgehead: No major Russian progress today. It is extremely dangerous penetration by Russian troops that potentially could lead to large pocket for Ukrainian troops west of Donetsk.
**Most important part of Front. Only area Orcs active but basically all others are on defensive.
**UA heavy shelling of Orc positions.
3. Lyman bridgehead. No changes today.
4. Popasna, Rubizhne and Severodonetsk. Russian troops captured all of Rubizhne. Russian mercenaries - Wagner Group operates in Popasna, also Russian 57 brigade operates there as well. Confirmed capture of Popasna by Russian troops.
**Orc bridgehead at Bilogorivka still maned by company sized force with artillery support, but the pontoon bridge is destroyed. Bilogorivka is 5 km from Orc lines so precision is high with Orlon-10 drones; Orcs have advantage here over UA artillery. Situation difficult but stable.
**Orc 40th NB (Naval Brigade) operating near Popasna
5. West of Donetsk: Avidyivka and Maryinka. Avdiyivaka - never ending attempts of the Russian side to break-through there. Russian forces captured village called Troitske, attacking towards Novobakhmutivka.
6. Vugledar is in Ukrainian hands. Attack on village of Pavlivka.
7. Velyka Novosilka - Gulyapole stretch of frontline. Ukrainian strongholds are towns of Gulyaypole and village of Velyka Novosilka. Russian 19D is operating there. Russian troops are consolidating their gains.
Also, 42D has been spotted in the area. Russian troops captured village Vremivka attached to Velyka Novosilka from west and separate by small river.
The most northern group of Russian troops has been stopped before village of Vilne Pole. Ukranian side brought its 128 brigade and regiment Azov Kyiv to stop Russian advance there. No Russian progress here today.
8. Mariupol: opportunity to do a breakout attempt by the Ukrainian forces might have been lost as density of Russian troops increased due to smaller perimeter. Based on other sources, opportunity to break out is still viable. (Old item not changed in weeks.)
9. Mykolayiv: No major changes.
**Extremely heavy shelling on Mykolayiv.
InformNapalm is an entity supported by the Ukrainian govt. I’d find additional sources before I opened the champagne.
