Not a serious or intellectually honest conversation unless it includes plans to lower the cost of gas and diesel.
Things like:
Increasing sales of drilling leases
Requiring Leases to be actually drilled
Pipelines
Bio-diesel production for farmers
Bio-butanol production
Nobody is more bullish on oil and gas than Joe Biden. Nobody.
No point in drilling existing leases that they know have no production.
