Today was the first time in almost 2 weeks that I feel totally refreshed after a good night's sleep and not exhausted.

Get checked for sleep apnea.

That isn't the reason. I am just exhausted because I temporarily have daily appointments that causes me to have to get up very early. The good news is that all ends towards the end of May.
