“She always talks down to people like I’m the mental giant and your the mental midget”
That’s the insecurity and lack of self-confidence talking.
I had a black female supervisor back in the early 2000s that did the same thing.
She was supervisor over me and 8 other white guys and she couldn’t stand the fact that we were all sharper than she was about the goings on in our department......and not only that, she knew WE knew.
What resulted was her being constantly on the defensive and and at the same time constantly reminding us we white boys worked for her.
It was a scene man.

Every Hallmark Movie has black supervisors over white people. Looking back they have been doing this for several years, but even more pronounced now.
