Short answer: Yes——Premature aging is but one of the known and recognized effects of the fakecines. As soon as the graphene hits the red blood cells and start POing the liver skin color can change, brains can get foggy, coordination can be affected——so, yeah: “that much.”
Boling just interviewed Cap Snow who said he’d been with the company for 31 years so he’s 50ish at least . Regardless he said he knows he’s “retired” now.
