Traitors and enemy sympathizers are the sum of the Earth. If the FreeRepublic continues to provide the venue for these people, there are no conservatives or patriots left and it should just fold its tent.

"Earth to Chaimail!" Russia invaded Ukraine, not the US! We are not at war with Russia, despite the best efforts of a big part of the political/corporate/media establishment to get us there. An opinion stated by 'impimp' as a summary of his original post ("Stay out of foreign wars!") is shared by many Americans, and was notably voiced by George Washington, as well. People who share that opinion are not "[t]raitors and enemy sympathizers", any more than George Washington was.

Earth to John Galt - the Russians conducted a massive invasion of a neighboring country - killing thousands. They are absolutely wrong and we have to condemn them and we’d be stupid to ignore this and any other armed aggression. Such as China invading Taiwan or Iran attacking Israel.

Isolationism stopped being an option since the modern warship and Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles came into being. George was a fine President but the world has changed.

You have my permission to pull your head out of … the sand.
