After Harris is Pelosi, arguably insane in her own right.
My belief is that they will replace Harris before Joe is dumped. But they have to do it before the 2022 election to get anyone the D’s like.

Your post was just after ratzoe‘s, and the two posts said a similar thing. I think you’re both correct. They will get rid of Harris, by the summer if they can. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see Hillary go in her place, but it could be someone else. Hillary keeps her name in the news though, and she’s been doing a lot of talking lately.
