I just bought the new Galaxy A53 5G from Samsung. Comes with free $170 wireless earbuds (never used earbuds but I guess they'd be handy for calls while driving).

Just pair your phone to your vehicle's bluetooth and you can enjoy hands-free telephone calls while driving, as you use the radio speakers to hear your calls.

Thanks for that good advice, Erik. My model year is 2005 though, so no Bluetooth. Maybe my next vehicle :-)
