“Verizon Kyocera,”

Do you have that Kyocera XV Extreme? We’re considering that one.

The article must be correct in that people are going back to the basics. As soon as our local Verizon and Cellular Sales get a batch of these in, they’re gone in a few days.

My phone is a Kyocera DuraXVLTE (link) which is supported while no longer in production. The XV Extreme is in the same line.

Selling points: physical durability, weather and water resistance, easy enough use, good enough battery life, cost is reasonable. However the plan price per month/year is where cell and IPhone companies really make their money. Cost to value depends on what plan you can get in relation to how the phone is used. The are also "minimalist" phones that try to be a compromise between cell and IPhone too, when cell phones are too basic and IPhones are too much.

No, I am not a Verizon rep.
