Perp on the left
The Flint Board of Education held an emergency meeting on Wednesday to oust the school board president after she physically attacked the board’s treasurer over who gets to control the $150 million in federal and state COVID assistance money. The six board members voted unanimously to remove Danielle Green from her role as president for assaulting Laura MacIntyre, the board’s treasurer, earlier that day.
"A school board may meet … without complying with the notice requirement of OMA (Open Meetings Act) if it becomes necessary to deal with a severe and imminent threat to the health safety or welfare of the public … Earlier today at 10:00 AM at the FCS Administration Building, President Green allegedly assaulted Treasurer MacIntyre in an open meeting and the Board has called this emergency meeting to discuss how to keep Board members and the public safe in open meetings and discuss security implementation or other appropriate measures,” the printed notice for the emergency meeting at Accelerated Learning Academy said, according to a report from East Villiage Magazine.
The incident was witnessed by other members of the school board.
That was a physical assault,” Chris Del Morone, who witnessed the event, said during the meeting, according to the report. “There was blood, there were bruises.”
Another board member, Carol McIntosh, explained that she believes the attack was about the money.

That’s A LOT of “walkin’ around” money for corrupt bureaucrats - punching is the least of it. They’re lucky no one has turned up dead.
Its for the CHILRUN!!
Good question. It seems the police were called, but somehow she wasn’t arrested.
The victim of the assault says she is filing charges, but the police have not yet responded.
Sounds like belonging to at least two privileged groups lets you beat people up without consequences.
A “person of color” attacking a WHITE woman/whatever she is.
Where is the media outrage?
Can’t - I like to think independently!
(By “context” I meant I want to know what pissed her off enough to start throwing. If the white woman was being super liberal and the black woman wasn’t - I might side with the black woman here.)
Is the board an elected position there?
Is that other picture the victim? Doesn’t look like a woman, Trans perhaps?
It’s supposed to be a woman
Let me guess...each of them has found a way to have a portion of the funds find its way into their personal or family accounts (think Biden family) but must control the funds to succeed.
No doubt Mac muttered the “n” word under her breath and thus became ‘racist of the moment’ “forcing” the former (p)resident to respond physically. How soon will she be reinstated with a raise?
My question too. “The Flint Police Department confirmed to ABC 12 that a complaint was filed, but they have not announced any charges against Green or McIntyre.” I imagine school board meetings are available for public viewing so there’s no doubt about what happened. Why no charges?
Now it’s Danielle Green on the right and Laura on the left.
The sad part is the school board can only remove her as a board officer, not from the board entirely. Under Michigan law, the person would have to be recalled in a general election by the voters. If she is in her first or last year of her 6-year term, she is not subject to recall.
So the best they can do is remove her as a board officer. They could petition the Governor the remove her, but looking at the perp, I doubt that would happen.
Dude looks like a lady...err...the other way around.
Not surprised by the photo of the perp, but I thought she had attacked another woman.
I think they got Laura’s name wrong. I think her name is Pat.
That’s a MAN, baby!
It’s a woman and she has a husband and kids. People need to not feed the left with pointed insults.
