There are no disqualifying statements for Ketanji. She is black, she is female, and she is a leftist/liberal. She’ll be confirmed no matter what she says, or what she has said in the past. Even if she doesn’t get confirmed, someone like her, or worse, will get in there eventually.
And the reality of the situation is that she won’t vote any different than the guy she’s replacing.
