The Canadian public is about evenly split on whether to keep the monarchy or not. I don’t think HRH has a clear path here. Most likely she may make a phone call and tell Justine to back off. Or not.

True story - My late mother (lived to be 93) was Mrs Conservatives\Republican back in my hometown, county, etc. was absolutely enamoured with Romney. She would always get on my case since I was considerably less so. I used to tell her you only like Romney because of his looks since he’s not enthusiastic about any issues you are for. Of course, she would deny that looks had anything to do with it but every time she’d end the discussion with ‘He’s a good-looking man nothing wrong with that!’. My late father (lived to be 94) and I would just shake our heads.
He can then pull a, ‘Move along, nothing to see here, folks’. As the Act is rescinded, there is nothing to debate in Parliament.

The Conservatives CAN try to get a non-confidence vote, but Jagmeet Singh, the Leader of the New Democratic Party (NDP), is an alumni of the Forum of ‘Young Global Leaders’ (YGL), the ‘farm team’ of Klaus Schwab’s ‘World Economic Forum’ (WEF), so the NDP will support Trudeau and keep him in power.
The ONLY thing that can save PRC (Politically Repressive Canada) is, if word of how the Canadian government is RUN by the WEF, for the BENEFIT of WEF members, rather than for the good of Canadians, will there be a political surge AGAINST Trudeau.
Unfortunately, MANY Canadians buy the media ‘bravo sierra’, and his support has risen. IF the truth gets out to the average CBC/CTV/Global viewer, they WILL react against the WEF, er, Lieberals.
It will be a long, difficult battle against a media that moves lock step with Trudeau.
Don’t forget, the Canadian government has paid the media $600 million. They are bought and paid for lap dogs.
The headline here is laughable - “here’s $600 million for an ‘Independent’ media. Yeah, independent, THAT’S the ticket!”
