A guy who got where he did as much for his skin color as his competence.

Off topic but relevant. NYC is dead. Only 33% of workers have returned to office 2 years later. Businesses are getting the hint. There are other locations. Florida. Texas. Georgia. But NYC is densely populated with people taking subways for commute to their jobs in skyscrapers. NYC will eventually just morph into the next Detroit or Baltimore. Times have changed.
